Israel-Palestine Conflict | First plane laden with US weapons arrives in Israel as war enters day 05

New Delhi, Oct 11 (ANI): Israel continued to pound targets of Islamist movement Hamas’ as the war entered day 05. A barrage of deadly rockets hit the major hideouts of Hamas, reducing them to rubble. The violence that has claimed more than 1,600 lives so far, prompted Intl support for Israel. Amid the conflict, the US sent its first plane carrying lethal weapons to southern Israel on Oct 10, informed IDF. Taking to X, IDF said that cooperation b/w militaries is a key part of ensuring stability in times of war. However, the IDF did not reveal the kinds of weapons or military equipment it received. As Israel wages war with Hamas, US Prez Joe Biden’s administration has begun delivering munitions to Israel. Meanwhile, Israeli PM Netanyahu on Oct 10 held a telephone conversation with Joe Biden for the third time. Earlier, expressing his solidarity with Netanyahu, Prez Biden reiterated that “US stands by Israel” at the time of war. Earlier, militant group Hamas infiltrated southern cities of Israel and barbarically killed hundreds of civilians.
