The leader of a large Russian shipyard suddenly passed away

Moscow [Russia], December 25: Reuters reported that the Admiralty shipyard, based in the port city of St Petersburg , on December 24 announced the death of its general manager Alexander Buzakov. He has held this position since August 2012.
According to the announcement, Buzakov's main achievement is maintaining and increasing the number of orders for the construction of non-nuclear submarines, surface ships and modern deep-water vehicles. The notice did not state the cause of his death.
According to Newsweek , United Shipbuilding Corporation, the parent company of the Admiralty shipyard, said Mr. Buzakov had died at the age of 66.

Admiralty Shipyard, one of the oldest and largest shipyards in Russia, said Mr. Buzakov graduated from university in 1980 and has more than 40 years of experience.
According to Russia's TASS news agency, Admiralty is building improved Kilo-class diesel-powered submarines capable of launching Kalibr cruise missiles. In April, Moscow said it had used a diesel-powered submarine in the Black Sea to hit Ukrainian military targets with Kalibr missiles.
