Myanmar reports 124 new COVID-19 cases

Yangon (Myanmar), January 9: The number of COVID-19 infections has risen to 531,925 in Myanmar after 124 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health on Saturday.
With two new deaths, the death toll was registered at 19,290 on Saturday, it said.
A total of 509,950 patients have been discharged from hospitals so far.
Myanmar detected its first two COVID-19 cases on March 23, 2020.
