Local Police Commander Killed in Gunmen Attack in Balkh

Kabul (Afghanistan) November 26: Amir Gul, a local police commander in Chimtal district in Balkh, was killed in an attack by unknown gunmen in the city of Mazar, the center of the province, on Wednesday evening, police spokesman Adil Shah Adil said.
"No one so far has been arrested over the shooting but efforts are underway to find the perpetrators," he said.
No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
